If it\u2019s trademarked or in use by others in your area or industry, you may need a different name. However, trademarked names might still be available if they aren\u2019t in a competing industry. Ask an attorney about trademarks and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sba.gov\/business-guide\/launch-your-business\/choose-your-business-name\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">business name protections<\/a>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Domain name registration<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Search online and check with domain-name registrars to see if the website you want is available.
